ANOINTING FOR STRANGE FAVOUR

“Lord by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong…” (Psalms30:7)

A life void of the favour of God is a life full of shame, sorrow and great disappointments. King David said "...in his favour is life (Psalms 30:5) . That is to say without favour, life is a bunch of frustration and a bundle of stagnation.

Any one struggling, sweating, shattered and battered in any area of life is a clear evidence that that fellow is far from the favour of God because an encounter with God's favour is worth more that a lifetime of efforts.

Any area of life where you have been struggling and sweating, labouring without any result, be it in your business, job, academics, finances, marriage, relationship and what have you, I see favour eliminating your labours, I see sweetness replacing every of your sweating and I see success canceling every of your struggling in Jesus name.

Beloved, I want you to be convinced that supernatural favour is your heritage in Christ Jesus (Psalms 5:12). Favour is a covenant package for the redeemed, it is what has been programmed, planned and ordained for the saints. In Exodus 3:21 , God said "And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and if shall come to pass that when ye go, ye shall not go empty" to confirm what God said He would do which he actually did, in Exodus 11:3, the Bible said "And God gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians." That tells you that as Israelites of old, you too has been scheduled by God to experience strange favour all through your life time and favour shall you have in Jesus name.

Please note, outside the favour of God nobody has a place in Destiny. Every attainment, every life's- accomplishment and achievement is a product of favour. Nobody worth anything outside the favour of God as a matter of fact, nobody can ever become anything when God's favour is not in place. Anyone made to become anything in life is just by the favour of God. We are told that Jesus Christ was anointed without measure John 3:34 but He still needed favour to have His full place in Destiny (Luke 2:52). Paul the Apostle said that he became who he was just because God extended His favour towards him (1 Cor.15:10)

There are some words that are often used interchangeably with the word favour, they really mean the same thing with favour. They are as follows:

HELP means favour. Read (Psalms 60:11, 2 Kings 6:26, 2 Chronicles 26:15)

GRACE also means favour. Read (Genesis 6:8, Genesis 39:4)

MERCY also means favour. Read (Genesis 39:21,1 Kings 3:6

GOODNESS also means favour. Read (Psalms 23:6)

KINDNESS also means favour. Read (I Kings 3:6, Esther2:9)

Friends, I would love you to know that favour is like a coin, it only has two sides and whichever side you are holding it, it places a responsibility on you, it places a demand before it can deliver to its fullness.

Written on its 1st side is "FAVOUR IS NOT FREE" see "Matthew 5:7 and on its other side, it is written boldly "FAVOR IS A SEED" also see Psalms 102:13-15, Galatians 6:7, Esther 2:21-23-Esther 6:1-11).

THE QUESTION IS, HOW CAN ONE EXPERIENCE THE FAVOUR OF GOD IN LIFE?

Before I show you how to experience God's favour in life, I will be showing you first and foremost how nobody can experience or enjoy God's favour no matter how hard he or she prays and fast.

7 WAYS IN WHICH MAN CAN NEVER EXPERIENCE GOD'S FAVOUR IN LIFE

1. STRENGTH: 1 Samuel 2:9 says by strength shall no man prevail. Strength means power; you may have political power but that can never qualify you for the favour of God. Man's strength is not a requirement in building great Destiny. Business expansion and financial rest is never by any man's strength.

2. POSITION: You may be the "Head" but that can't take you to the topmost top in Destiny. Please study the lives of Haman and Mordechai in Esther2-8

3. SKILL: You may be skillful in your job or career, it really has nothing to do with God's order of favour. There are many experts in all walks of life who don't know what it means to be favoured Eccl. 9:11

4. BEAUTY OR HANDSOMENESS: Please diligently consider the lives of Vashti & Esther, Leah & Rachael (Esther 1&2. Genesis 29) respectively. There are many beautiful for nothing ladies in town yet there are uncountable handsome for fun guys in town. What qualifies every single for marriage is the favour of God. (Proverbs 18:22)

5. NATURAL WISDOM: Read Ecclesiastes 9:11-15 about a poor wise man.

6. NATURAL KNOWLEGE: Knowledge is irrelevant in accessing the favour of God. You may know intoto how that business or job works but it may never deliver when God's favour is not in place. Ecclesiastes 9:11

7. ELOQUENCE: Grammar contribute very little to any man's greatness in life. There are many professors of English who find life very difficult. Many can't speak good English but employ those who can speak very well in their establishment. Many have said absolutely nonsense in an interview yet, they got the job. Eccl 9:11

In the school of favour therefore, all these factors are considered as labour dimension and they can only score you 2% but God's favour is 98%. That is tremendous Sir!

Beloved, when God decides to show anyone His favour. He gives such a one an Open cheque to draw whatever he or she desires in any area of life and that is for a lifetime. In Esther 8:8, when God decided to show the Jews His strange favour, the King told Esther and Mordechai to write such as they like and he would sign it for speady performance. I see God handling unto you an open cheque to draw permanently from His everlasting favour.

FIVE (5) WAYS TO EXPERIENCE AND ENJOY GOD'S FAVOUR IN LIFE

1. THROUGH THE GENUINE LOVE OF GOD AND HIS KINGDOM

(Psalm 102:15)

To experience and enjoy strange order of favour from God, the love of God must be in place. Show me a man or woman who loves God and His kingdom genuinely that is the fellow that will smell favour at all times.ln searching his secret, I discovered that Solomon's fortune and fame were the results of his love for God and His kingdom. 1 Kings 3:3.

2. BY EXPECTING FAVOUR FROM GOD

(Proverbs 24:13-14)

Expect God to show you His strange favour in every area of your life. Expect customers to come and buy from you. Expect your business to soar high. Expect that job, that contract to come to you. What you don't expect can never be experienced. Expectation is what gives birth to practical manifestation.

Read 2 Kings 6:26-27 - The woman there expected King to help her.

Read Matthew 15:22-28-The woman there also expected Jesus to heal her daughter

Until you expect favour, you cannot inspect as to enjoy.

3. BY DEMANDING FOR FAVOUR (Psalm 102:13)

There is a dimension of asking God honours unreservedly. If you are the type that loves God and His kingdom, you have been enlisted among His children whom He say unto on a daily basis "Ask me anything" please note that God has already given you an open cheque to demand for whatever you desire in life but if you refuse to ask, it will just be there waiting for whosoever will demand for it. Luke 5:25-31. Ask God to bring your promotion, ask Him to heal you, ask Him to expand your business and give you favour among men. What you don't demand for will never be delivered unto you Jeremiah 33:3.

4. BY SOWING FAVOUR TO GOD AND MAN (Matthew 5:7)

Remember that favour is like a coin and written boldly in one of its faces is favour IS A SEED . When you sow financial seed towards God's kingdom, you are bound to become in no time one of the kingdom financial giants. When you see someone who is dying of hunger and you stretch hand of help to him or her, know certainly that your children will never beg to live in their generations.

Little did anybody know that one of King David 's secrets is by declaring favour to himself at all time. (See it in Psalms 23:6.) Declare favour into your business and it will flourish. Declare favour into your marriage and you will be loved by your spouse. Declare favour into your body and sickness will leave you forever. Everyday you wake up say something like this "I am favoured today, anywhere I go, favour shall follow me" .By doing this, everything all around you will just be smelling favour.
