ANOINTING FOR NEW THINGS

“Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare before they spring forth I tell you of them.”

In all of history, Bible prophecies are the most accurate and the most efficient because they are all from the mind of God. Checking through the scripture everything God spoke came to pass just as he said it (Psalms 33:90)

In Genesis chapter 6, God instructed Noah to build an Ark because He was about to destroy the whole earth with water. In Genesis 15:13-14, God told Abraham about the sojourning and afflictions of his unseen descendants in a strange land and how He will deliver them with great substance. Jesus' birth, His life and ministry, death and resurrection had been heralded hundred of years by the prophets before they all happened. Before all these instances occurred, they were new things to happen then.

In the days of Noah, nobody believed that such ark of safety could be built because it has never happened before. The Israelites never expected to experience the order of favour, fortune and dominion they operated in while in a strange land because such was too great for their mind to grasp when God said it. That the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ will be borne and rule all over the world as the King of kings and the Lord of lords was something unthinkable because Israelites had used to many kings with their different styles of rulership, they never fathomed that anyone could be born as Savoiur of the whole world. Yet, all these happened as being spoken.

Hebrews 13:8 says "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever, the same Jesus said" What I say unto you, I say unto all (Mark 13:37). Beloved, our God is a God that does new things. God who did new things for the people of old also assures us to do new things in our time. In I Corinthians 2:9, God says:

"But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him".

Friends, there are things which you have not seen yet which God has programmed and ordained to happen in your life, they are new things to happen. No matter your experience in God, God still wants to do new things for you. No matter the rate of your accomplishment, there are still new things God has in stock for you. No matter how low you are in life, in business, in your career or ministry, God has set to do new things as to raise and lift you up to the point of envy.

Please note that every new thing, which God promised His Sons and daughters in any area of their lives, can only be formed by the wisdom of God because every great accomplishment and attainment in history was caused to emerge by. wisdom. Therefore, every new thing you desire to see in your life can only be released by wisdom because wisdom is creative in nature (Proverbs 3:19, Psalms 104:24). All the new things anyone could desire to happen in his or her life will be by wisdom because whatsoever history has ever celebrated .was a direct product of wisdom.

Most importantly, if you desire to experience new things in your life , marriage, career, finances or what have you.

IT IS WISDOM TO HAVE NEW THOUGHTS Proverbs 23:7

Thoughts are powerful, they are what ultimately depict any man's destiny. It is what you think today you take tomorrow. Many people are not thinking that is why their lives are stinking and smelling. Many people are not thinking that is why their business, marriage, finances etc are sinking. Until you think through, you can never have breakthrough. Someone has said that out of the human populace, 5% are thinkers, 15% think they are thinking and 80% will rather die than to think.

Bill Gate, the richest man in the world was said to be thinking in his room in his early days while his mother was looking for him calling him "Bill, Bill, where are you? And when the mother met him where he was; he told his mother furiously " Mom, I am thinking don't you think?

Every invention is a product of thought. Think on how your business can be enlarged, think on how your career can become sought after among your counterparts.

IT IS WISDOM TO HAVE NEW DREAMS (Genesis 13:14-15)

In Genesis 37:9, the Bible says "And Joseph dreamed yet again" Dreams are mental pictures of your future. What you see in your future is what you meet when you actually get there. Dr. David Oyedepo said "A life without a dream is doomed" The world we live in is ruled by dreamers. Those who see ahead are the ones who get ahead. Where you are today is not good at all for your tomorrow, dream new dreams as to see new things. As at 1902, there was no Aeroplane anywhere in the world. As at 1920, there was no television anywhere in the world. As at 1970, there was no handlable mobile phone anywhere in the world. Today, the rest is history. Dreamers are the world changers. If fruit of the womb is what you want, dream it and you will see it, if progress is what you want in life, dream it and you will see it.

IT IS WISDOM TO HAVE NEW FAITH (Hebrews 11:1-3)

Whatsoever you see in your future, believe that God can do it. Until you have faith in God as regards any of your dreams, none will ever amount to reality.

Faith actually has an expiry date and it is today. Every day, believe God for new things in your business, marriage, career, health wise and what have you. If you had faith such that can move God to do new things in your life as at yesterday and today, you doubt His divine ability possibly because of impatience, you can never see new things. For new things to happen in your life it is wisdom to have new Faith at every new day because faith is what delivers great accomplishment (Hebrews 11:2).

IT IS WISDOM TO LEARN NEW THINGS (2 Timothy 2:15)

Greatness in life is not without responsibilities. If you must soar high in destiny, you must constantly learn more about what you do for living. King Solomon is reputed to be the wealthiest King in the Bible and as a matter of fact, he is a model of financial fortune to every-generation but he himself said that what took him to the top was his commitment to learning (Ecclesiastes 1:3) Dr. T. L. Osborne says "When you stop learning, you start dying". If what you know now about your business, career or ministry is what you think will fetch you enviable destiny, I tell you the truth, you are a joker. The more you learn the more you lend and the more you lend, the more you live because people will certainly pay so dearly to look for those who have relevant things to offer. Many people are not learning, that is why their lives are so lean. While reading one of Dr. John C. Maxwell's books, I got to a page where he said he met an old man of about 82 years old reading and he said he asked the man why at his old age still bothering himself to read? The old man's response made me scream like a cocoon he said " I want my 82 years old mind to keep learning and reading, I want to die with a book in my hand" what a destiny moulding statement?

FINALLY, IT IS WISDOM TO TAKE NEW STEPS (Phillipians 4:13)

It is your approach that determines your accomplishment in the race of life.

It time to take new steps, change your approach towards life, change your approach towards men and you must change your approach towards God.

The person you despised may be the one to link you up to your next phase in destiny. The approach you give to your business is what determines its "bigness" the commitment you sow into your career or ministry is what announces you to the world. Hannah had gone to Shiloh several years earlier but when she changed her approach, her destiny burst forth and Samuel who was her reward of commitment is still a blessing to our world.
