YOU ARE A SAVIOUR TO THIS GENERATION

“Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up forever” Psalm 28:9

While rounding off His earthly assignment during His first visit to the planet earth; the Messiah called His disciples and began to unfold unto them the responsibilities and realms which He had released them unto while He said"....As my father hath sent me even so send I you" John 20:21.

The Messiah was informing His disciples as to prepare to shoulder the responsibilities of His leadership in order to assume the realms of glory, honour, beauty, dignity and majesty He enjoyed while He was here.

Possibly, when Jesus Christ made that statement that as His father sent Him so He has also sent His disciples, one of His disciples may ask to know what exactly His father sent Him. As you are reading on also, you too may be wondering what it is exactly His father sent Him that He was then handling over to His disciples to carry on? The answer to this imminent question could be found in the book of the gospel according to St Mathews 1:21, it reads:

"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name Jesus; for he shall SAVE his people from their sins"

Jesus Christ came down here to save His people (the mankind) from their sins and all the consequences of sin-sorrow; shame, stagnation, delays, failure, badlucks, misfortunes and lots more. Jesus indeed pursue His mission of salvation earnestly by consciously shedding His precious blood on the cross of Calvary for all irrespective of nation, colour, language, believe and values. He died for everybody. He is the redeemer of the universe sent to deliver all from the grip of satanic oppressions. Jesus is the saviour of the whole world!

Since He visited this planet earth physically, for those who received Him and acknowledged Him as their personal Lord and saviour, everything has turned to their favour, they are the ones enjoying steady progress in all their endeavors, peace, divine protection, promotion, prosperity, sound mind, health and vitality and lots more which salvation has come to offer mankind in that those who do not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour Spy from afar and envy those who do because the redeemer of the Lord are the envy of the world!

Jesus Christ therefore, being whom He is a gracious and merciful father does not want anybody to perish but desires that everyone partakes from the blessings of salvation because He actually died for everybody that is the reason why he urged His disciples to carry on without any hesitation by doing what His father sent Him to do-saving many {John 3:16-17}

Jesus disciples pursued that vision vigorously and indeed liberated many from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God (Acts 2,3,4, 5&6). They transformed many lives via the preaching of the gospel and brought hope to the hopeless and filled the whole nation of Jerusalem with goodnews in that it was obvious to all and sundry that they were Jesus's disciples (Acts 4:13. 16 &20). God also rewarded them greatly, all their needs were met supernaturally. The Bible said:

"Neither was there any among them that lacked" (Acts 4:34) They all swam in great abundance and supernatural prosperity because they yielded to the heavenly assignment to preach the gospel to everyone all around them.

What Jesus told His disciples over 2,000 years ago is what He has in mind for us who are His presents days disciples because He said whatever He said to one, He says to all (Mark 13:37). He has commissioned you to go and save multitude by saying “Go ye into the entire world and preach the gospel to every creature” Mark 16:15

Friend, you are a saviour to this generation, heaven has assigned you to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every one you see and as you follow suit, every of your needs will be met supernaturally and that will also turn you to become o man or a woman to be envied. (Matthew 6:33, Acts 4:34). God having redeemed your life from destruction by sending somebody to preach the gospel to you also want you to redeem some people's lives from destruction by preaching the gospel to them.

Uncountable around the world are yet to know about Jesus Christ, that is the reason why crises are all over the world. When Jesus is preached, peace, progress, prosperity and divine preservation will be evident Psalms 103:1 -5). You have been saved, go out there and save others, you have been redeemed long to rescue others from the grip of sin by preaching the gospel to them. The world may not become better until you tell the world what it takes to became better which is the infallible word of God.

Over 35 years ago, in a little village a woman preached the gospel to Dr David Oyedepo, you can imagine how many lives oil over the world Dr Oyedepo's ministries have redeemed from destruction just because someone introduced Jesus Christ to him many years back. Ministering the goodnews to everyone around you is what could mould their lives and give them rest such they have ever desired.

Beloved, never neglect this task which our master had sent you to undertake. Go out there and set someone free by preaching the word. Make sure that everyone in your entire family receives Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour.
